unique historic interior, refurbished accommodations, comfortable dining experience
Parking situation could use serious reconsideration!!! The noise from the street is disruptive at night, affecting sleep quality. Maintenance on room doors and bathroom fixtures is needed. A more thorough cleaning regimen would enhance guest satisfaction!!!

lack of welcome - our group was partly made up of people with special needs, we were informed these people are not welcome. Broken chair and broken blind in bedrooms. Generally very poor service and facilities. We book with Booked.net regularly and this is most disappointing.

Everybody at hotel are very helpful. Ask for Gonzo son of the landlord he will help you make the most out of your stay. Also you must visit the plume & feathers smallest pub in wales and a lot of fun.

The room, at 5pm on Friday, when I arrived was freezing. I don't think the heating came on until late at night. This made it very uncomfortable. Also, there was no internet access available, although it was advertised. I would not return.

We found it centrally located. No restrictions regarding meal times. Friendly staff. The hotel itself was full of character and the locals gave the hotel a friendly atmosphere.
Can't say that there was anything in particular that we didn't like except the fact that there was no bar frig in the rooms, but we found that to be the case in most of the hotels where we spent time in the U.K.
